- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Science, or a related field
- 6+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Treasury, Accounting, Finance, or Banking
- Strong understanding of foreign currency risk management, hedging strategies, treasury operations, and accounting concepts
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and treasury management software
- Strong focus on process automation, continuous improvement, and driving efficiency and effectiveness
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
