You'll watch videos, edit and judge how well they're put together — whether the story holds up, whether the cuts work, whether the pacing carries. You'll write out your reasoning in detail. That written judgment is used to train an AI system, so we need real editorial thinking, not a rating out of ten. You can send your applications along with your CV and a link/drive for you portfolio.

What we're looking for
- Professional editing experience in long-form work: short film, documentary, wedding films, long-form YouTube, or TV
- Strong DaVinci Resolve skills — this is the main software
- Fluent English, spoken and written
- Able to explain your editorial reasoning in writing, not just do the cut
- A reel or portfolio including pieces over five minutes
