About the role
Eyebot places vision-screening kiosks in retail and healthcare locations across the U.S. This role keeps every deployment on track, from site readiness and kiosk prep at HQ to delivery and handoff at the partner location. You'll coordinate shipments, schedules, and vendors so every kiosk arrives on time, undamaged, and ready to install. - 2–5+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, fulfillment, or operations coordination
- Exceptionally organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience working with freight carriers, ideally shipping large, heavy, or fragile items (LTL or white-glove)
- Clear, professional communicator with coworkers, partners, and vendors
- Comfortable managing several timelines at once and adjusting quickly when plans change
- Strong with spreadsheets and tracking tools, and quick to learn new systems
