What they're looking for
- 5+ years of strong software engineering experience building backend systems and APIs in production
- Experience in Go
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Service mesh (Istio), Terraform (or similar IaC tools) and CI/CD systems
- Comfort with workflow orchestration, event-driven architectures and operational complexity
- Experience with observability tooling (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana or similar)
