About the role
Fabric is rebuilding how people access and navigate healthcare. We are looking for a Product Designer to shape the experience our users rely on when it matters most, from their first interaction with Fabric through the care journeys they return to again and again. You will be the design partner for the member side of our product. You will work with product, engineering, and clinical teams to translate complex healthcare workflows into experiences that feel intuitive and easy-to-use.
What they're looking for
- You have product design experience with shipped consumer-facing work
- You have strong product thinking. You do not just make things look right, you make them work right
- You are comfortable with ambiguity. You can move from problem to wireframe to prototype to ship
- You don’t wait for requirements, you actively shape them through collaborative planning
- You are curious about healthcare and willing to learn the domain deeply
- You have strong craft in Figma and a portfolio that shows your range across both flows and visual quality
