- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Information Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Experienced interpreting SEC filings, credit agreements, amendments, financial covenants
- Deep understanding of private credit, syndicated bank loans, leveraged finance, and investment-grade loan market workflows
- Strong knowledge of loan documentation, amendments, financial covenants, lender information, and key instrument terms and conditions
- Demonstrated expertise in reference data management, loan identifier administration, CUSIP assignment, and data quality governance
- Proven ability to apply market, product, and operational knowledge to support client needs, product development, and private credit data strategy
