Faire is a company invested in good design—as a Lead Product Designer, you’ll join a tight-knit, collaborative team of designers who care deeply about creating beautiful and intuitive experiences. Our team is at the center of product work at Faire, designing experiences for the thousands of small retailers and maker brands growing their businesses in our marketplace.
What they're looking for
- 6+ years of experience designing digital products and systems. Your previous work demonstrates an attention to detail and high quality visual, UX, systems design, and content design
- Expertise in interaction design, visual craft, and systems thinking
- Strong ability to connect design direction to business and customer outcomes
- Comfort exploring and experimenting with new tools and workflows for rapid prototyping and AI-integrated design
- A portfolio that demonstrates visionary product thinking, strong craft, and clear communication of impact
- Experience contributing to and evolving large-scale design systems
