About the role
We’re looking for a high-agency Strategic Finance Lead to own financial and strategic analysis supporting one of Faire’s most exciting new investment areas: Fulfillment and the innovative new buying experience it powers, Faire Source.

- Strong modeling muscle: able to build and stress-test financial models that reflect operational reality, not just spreadsheet theory
- Analytical rigor: synthesize information, decompose problems, and use data and logic to diagnose root causes—comfortable going deep on unit economics without losing the strategic question
- Excellent communication: credible, structured storytelling for executives and cross-functional partners, able to zoom between detail and narrative
- Cross-functional operator: track record building trust and alignment across Product, GTM, Business Development, and Operations, organized with strong deadline management across concurrent workstreams
- Team-oriented: motivated by business outcomes over personal recognition in a high-impact IC role
