About the role
fal – Features & Labels, Inc. seeks a Senior Solutions Architect (multiple openings) for its San Francisco, CA office. (Domestic and international travel required for up to 25-35 percent of time) Engage with prospective and existing clients to assess their technical needs and recommend appropriate models and services.
What they're looking for
- 10 years of experience designing, optimizing, and troubleshooting cloud computing and private datacenter computing infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure, or VMware), containerization, microservices architectures, and API
- 8 years of experience with post-sales technical engagement, including architecting and delivering complex, scalable, and secure enterprise solutions across diverse industries
- 6 years of experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems across multi-cloud or hybrid environments
- 5 years of experience coding for inference with modern scripting languages (Python and SQL) to help partners and customers deploy their AI models or algorithms on cloud infrastructure
- 3 years of experience tailoring AI models to customer specifications, including generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, or multimodal models), inference optimization, MLOps practices, and GPU infrastructure
- Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written)
