- Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in institutional finance, markets background preferred
- Technical Depth: Deep knowledge of various derivatives, structured products, and/or lending. Understanding of cryptocurrencies, underlying blockchain technology, and the evolving global regulatory landscape is helpful
- Communication Skills: Remarkable negotiation skills and the ability to succinctly relay complex value propositions to sophisticated stakeholders
- Operational Excellence: Ability to administer large, complex client accounts with superior attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Mindset: You will be working very closely with teammates across sales and trading - ability to drive coordination and communication across teams is required
- Product Fluency: Familiarity with the FalconX product ecosystem, specifically trading and prime brokerage services

We are looking to add a Senior team member to our Institutional Coverage team. This position is responsible for working with existing institutional clients and identifying opportunities across the full product suite.
