About the role
As our 401(k) Operations Associate, you'll be the operational backbone behind Farther's retirement plan advisors and our Senior 401(k) Specialist. You will partner with our advisors to help them lead the relationships with plan sponsors, investment committees and participants. You'll also have a hand in building the processes that let Farther's 401(k) services scale as the business grows. Found on 1752vc Careers, the job board for startup and VC roles.
What they're looking for
- Support advisors in delivering the ongoing service experience for their 401(k) plans
- Prepare investment committee materials for advisors: fund scorecards and comparisons, fee benchmarking, participant enrollment, plan health and demographic data, and IPS reviews
- Track action items through to completion
- Communicate approved fund and plan design changes to recordkeepers
- Monitor implementation and confirm that changes were processed correctly
