As an AVP, Wealth Advisor on the Focus Team, you will be a producing advisor building your own book of business from the ground up, with a clear path to owning the practice you build. The Focus Team exists to be the premier pathway to building your own thriving financial advisory practice. We provide the infrastructure, specialized knowledge, and market access that would take years to develop on your own—so you can focus on what matters: serving clients and growing your business.
What they're looking for
- Dedicated Support Infrastructure: Support from a dedicated team for service, marketing support, and tools—resources the team invests in that you'd never have access to on your own
- 2+ years of proven success in financial services sales, with specific experience advising stock market investors
- Current Investment Adviser Representative designation, Series 65
- Demonstrated history of exceeding client acquisition targets
- Exceptional relationship-building abilities and consultative selling approach
- Comprehensive understanding of investment vehicles, strategies, and market dynamics
