Multiple openings. As a Senior Software Engineer at Farther, you'll solve real business problems across our entire stack. You'll understand business objectives, ideate solutions, and deliver end-to-end. We're building an elite engineering team. We look for three things: deep technical expertise in your craft, high horsepower to rapidly context-switch across complex problems, and a track record of winning in multiple areas of your life.

- Own and deliver features end-to-end, from understanding business requirements through production deployment
- Work across the full stack, building UIs, designing APIs, and architecting backend services
- Leverage AI tools to ship faster and multiply your effectiveness – use modern technology to accelerate every part of your workflow
- Jump into difficult problems with tenacity, whether production issues, complex debugging, or unfamiliar codebases
