We’re looking for a Member of Technical Staff to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our fast-evolving platform. You’ll play a critical role in testing and validating features across a live service environment where rapid iteration and continuous deployment are core to how we build. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, is highly product-minded, and is excited about delivering seamless, high-quality experiences to creators and users in real time.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in QA or software testing , ideally in startup environments
- Experience supporting live service products with rapid release cycles and continuous deployment
- Proven ability to move quickly, prioritize effectively, and test under tight timelines
- Strong experience partnering closely with engineering and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills , with the ability to clearly articulate issues and collaborate on solutions
- Experience testing mobile applications (iOS and/or Android)
