We are looking for a Product Manager to lead our efforts in building and evolving reward systems, progression mechanics, and monetization strategies that enhance the experience for creators, gifters, and viewers. You will play a key role in shaping the incentives, live operations, game mechanics, and content delivery systems that drive engagement and retention across the favorited platform.
What they're looking for
- 4–8+ years of experience in product management , ideally in consumer-facing products
- Strong background in social platforms, gaming, or live-service products
- Deep understanding of mobile product development , including iOS and Android ecosystems
- Experience building and optimizing notifications, sharing systems, and engagement features
- Strong product intuition around user behavior, retention, storyboarding, and growth loops
