About the role
We’re looking for exceptional engineers who can operate across teams, stacks, and problem spaces, and turn ambitious ideas into production-grade systems. This is not a narrowly scoped, team-specific role. You’ll work wherever impact is highest across our platform: core infrastructure, customer-facing features, data systems, internal tooling, or new product initiatives.
What they're looking for
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience as a founder, or as an early engineer at a startup
- Strong product sense and a track record of shipping meaningful features or products
- AI native workflow: you actively use LLMs and modern coding agents to meaningfully increase leverage
- Ability to work across multiple stacks without rigid specialization
- Strong systems design fundamentals and comfort owning production systems
