About the role
Lead the technical design, planning, and execution of geothermal well completions, stimulations, and workover/intervention operations. Develop detailed, step-by-step operational procedures to safely achieve well objectives in compliance with regulatory and internal HSE requirements. - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in unconventional completions, well interventions, or workover operations
- Experience with multiple well completion or intervention technologies
- Strong understanding of tools and methods used to evaluate completion efficiency and optimize well performance
- Proficiency with stimulation and completion modeling software (e.g., ResFrac, Kinetix, or similar)
- Demonstrated experience applying risk assessment processes, hazard analysis, and Management of Change (MOC)
