About the role
Own Fervo’s investor communications strategy, including investor presentations, quarterly reporting packages, press releases, earnings call scripts, and other external materials. Serve as a primary point of contact for current and prospective investors, managing ongoing relationships and ensuring timely, accurate responses to investor inquiries. - Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, or equity research, including direct experience at or covering a public company
- Proven track record of building and managing relationships with institutional investors and equity research analysts
- Deep familiarity with public company reporting obligations, SEC disclosure requirements, and Reg FD compliance
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to build and present compelling investor materials
- Solid command of financial statements and core corporate finance principles
