- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- Basic knowledge of electrical engineering principles, power systems, and engineering design practices

- Familiarity with electrical analysis software such as ETAP or SKM
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills with demonstrated critical thinking ability
