Design and build custom GIS web applications using ArcGIS Experience Builder, ArcGIS Instant Apps, Web AppBuilder, and the Esri JavaScript API. Develop and maintain ArcGIS dashboards, StoryMaps, and operational views for project teams, leadership reporting, and stakeholder communication. What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of professional experience developing and deploying applications within the Esri platform (ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, Experience Builder, Dashboard)
- Demonstrated experience configuring and administering ArcGIS mobile applications (Field Maps, Survey123, Workforce for ArcGIS, or QuickCapture)
- Proficiency in Python for GIS automation (ArcPy, arcgis Python API)
- Working knowledge of REST APIs and web service integration patterns
- Strong understanding of GIS data formats, spatial projections, and coordinate systems relevant to Western U.S. project areas
