About the role
Execute against Fervo’s investor communications strategy, including drafting and coordinating investor presentations, quarterly reporting packages, press releases, earnings call scripts, investor Q&A materials, briefing documents, and other external materials. Manage day-to-day engagement with current and prospective investors, helping maintain relationships, coordinate investor meetings and follow-ups, and ensure timely, accurate responses to investor inquiries. - Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, or a related field
- 5–8 years of total professional experience, including relevant experience in investor relations, investment banking, equity research, corporate finance, or a related capital markets role, public company experience preferred
- Working knowledge of public company reporting obligations, SEC disclosure requirements, and Reg FD compliance, with an understanding of how these requirements apply to day-to-day investor communications
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze financial and operating data and develop clear, polished investor materials
- Solid command of financial statements and core corporate finance principles, including the ability to understand key drivers of company performance and valuation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex financial and technical information into clear, concise messaging for investor audiences
