Serve as the electrical technical lead on major capital projects. - B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering in large capital projects
- Proven track record leading and developing high-performing engineering teams
- Deep expertise in power delivery and systems, transmission, distribution, and substations
- Strong communication and leadership skills, ability to translate technical complexity into clear decisions
- Strong knowledge of substations from 13.8 kV through 500 kV
