About the role
Build and own a documented sourcing strategy for completions service categories, including frac/stimulation, wireline, snubbing, workover, flowback, water services, and sand/proppant. Establish and manage call-off pricing agreements and backup supplier coverage so field teams have fast, reliable alternatives when a primary vendor is unavailable. - 5+ years of sourcing, procurement, or category management experience, ideally in completions services or oilfield services
- Experience negotiating service contracts and call-off/standby pricing agreements with meaningful commercial value
- Strong understanding of how completion services (frac/stimulation, wireline, snubbing, workover, flowback, water services, sand/proppant) are planned and executed in the field
- Track record of building supplier options where a category has relied on a single vendor
