Advances in AI are transforming how firms prepare for engagements, evaluate evidence, and deliver assurance. Many of the workflows that have defined the profession for decades are being rebuilt from the ground up. At Fieldguide, we’re building the AI-native platform that powers modern audit and advisory firms. Our platform combines workflow, collaboration, and AI agents to help firms operate more efficiently while maintaining the rigor and quality the profession requires.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting + CPA license or Master’s degree in Accounting
- 8-10+ years of experience in audit at a leading public accounting firm at the Senior Manager level or above
- Experience auditing financial statements end-to-end, including designing and executing audit workpapers across financial statement areas
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial statement preparation
- Experience working across multiple clients and industries
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high bar for accuracy
