About the role
We are seeking a strategic, highly organized Event Manager to lead the planning and execution of our conference and trade show portfolio. This role will own the end-to-end event lifecycle - from sponsorship evaluation and pre-event strategy through onsite execution, lead follow-up, and performance reporting.

- 3+ years of experience managing conferences, trade shows, sponsorships, or B2B field marketing programs
- Ability to lift, move, and transport event materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Proven success managing complex, high-visibility events from strategy through execution
- Strong understanding of how events support brand awareness, thought leadership, pipeline creation, and opportunity acceleration
- Exceptional project management, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing budgets, contracts, vendors, agencies, and production partners
