About the role
You'll be the second person on our finance team, working directly with Ueli, who leads finance across our funds and the management company. Together you'll own everything that touches money at Fifty Years: fund operations, the management company's books, LP reporting, audits and tax, and portfolio data. - Detail-obsessed. You're the person who finds the misallocated expense in a 40-page NAV package, and you enjoy it
- A clear communicator. You can explain a capital account to someone who has never seen one
- A builder. You'd rather spend a day automating a workflow than repeat it manually twelve times a year. Genuine excitement about working with AI tools daily is a must, deep expertise is not
- An owner. When something is broken, you fix it or flag it. You never say "that's not my job."
