What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related engineering discipline required
- Advanced degree preferred but not required
- 8–10 years of engineering experience in chemical manufacturing, specialty chemicals, semiconductor materials, or a similarly regulated manufacturing environment
- 3–5 years of leadership or supervisory experience managing engineering staff or technical teams
- Demonstrated experience supporting complex manufacturing processes, troubleshooting process issues, and implementing process improvements
- Experience working in high-purity manufacturing environments or within the semiconductor supply chain is strongly preferred

The Engineering Manager provides engineering leadership across process optimization, raw material management, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and technical support for manufacturing operations. The role partners closely with Operations, Quality, and Business Teams to ensure manufacturing processes meet strict purity, safety, and regulatory requirements expected within the semiconductor materials supply chain.
The Engineering Manager is responsible for developing engineering talent, improving process performance, supporting capital investments, and ensuring technical rigor across all engineering activities at the site.
