What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in a related area. SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
- 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
- Experience managing HR operations, employee lifecycle process, compliance, reporting, and workforce administration
- Experience partnering with HR Business Partners, business leaders and HR Center of Excellence
- Understanding HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, orientation, recruitment, leave of absence, Workers Compensation, HRIS, payroll, benefits and other HR administrative processes)
