What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial design
- Professional Work Experience: 6-8+ years of industrial design experience, with a track record of leading design projects and delivering successful products
- Portfolio of Completed Projects: A robust portfolio showcasing a range of product designs from concept through to production
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven experience working effectively with engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and other stakeholders in a product development environment
- Project Leadership: Experience managing or leading design projects, mentoring junior designers, and driving the design process from start to finish
- Problem-Solving and Innovation: Demonstrated ability to creatively solve complex design challenges and innovate within constraints such as budget, materials, and regulatory requirements
