- Technical degree/trade certification or 3-5 years of applicable Industrial Maintenance or comparable experience
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles including 5S, root cause, waste, and Gemba
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel to other corporate sites and industry-related training/events
- Advanced mechanical and electronic troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and comprehend service manuals, schematics, and blueprints
