What they're looking for
- Must have experience working directly with Suppliers and Supplier Quality Management
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, with specialization in Process Controls, Quality Systems and Statistics
- Prior experience with production and capacity planning meeting demands
- Must have a minimum of 10 plus years of experience in chemical manufacturing process and quality engineering function (semiconductor industry related experience preferred)
- Broad knowledge of theory and principles of statistics and statistical process control
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively (verbal/written/presentations) at all levels

This position will be the owner of Toll Supplied materials meeting capacity and quality to Semiconductor Industry standards. They will be working cross-functionally to transform, educate and drive substantial Toll supplier performance improvements meeting Semiconductor Industry evolving requirements.
