About the role
Fin is hiring a Head of Design to own design across the product. You will be our only full-time designer, reporting to the CEO and working directly with the product and engineering team. This is a hands-on role for someone who can operate as a one-person design function: understanding the problem, deciding what good should look like, producing the work, and staying involved until it ships.

We move quickly and the work will not always arrive as a complete brief. You should be comfortable creating clarity from ambiguity, making practical tradeoffs, and moving between large product initiatives and the smaller design...
