- Renewal Champion: Drive successful contract renewals for the accounts you’re entrusted with, ensuring long-term customer value and recurring revenue
- Expansion Expert: Develop and execute strategies to promote growth opportunities within your customer base, increasing their overall value to Finch
- Strategic Execution: Partner with key stakeholders to develop comprehensive account strategies, identifying and maximizing growth potential
- Forecasting Authority: Create accurate and timely renewal and expansion forecasts to inform business decisions and strategic planning
- Relationship Builder: Build strong, collaborative partnerships with key decision-makers within your assigned accounts, acting as a trusted advisor for and extension of their business
