- A full-cycle recruiter with a proven track record of filling niche and highly technical roles, and building strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and executives
- Someone who can work both strategically and tactically—advising on talent strategy while executing at a high level to fill priority roles
- Solution-oriented and resourceful. You see potential challenges as opportunities to learn, grow, and innovate
- Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by the fast-paced nature of a high-growth startup environment
- A strong team player and excellent communicator who builds rapport quickly with both candidates and internal stakeholders
