About the role
We're looking for an Executive Assistant & Office Manager to join FINNY and become a trusted right hand to our three co-founders. This role exists because our Founders are moving fast and need a sharp, dependable operator who can manage their time, anticipate their needs, and remove friction before it shows up. You'll handle everything from complex multi-leg travel itineraries and packed calendars to stocking the office and coordinating team meals — no task is too big or too small.
What they're looking for
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, Coordinator, or Office Manager, ideally supporting C-suite or founder-level executives
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball
- Strong communication skills — professional, clear, and confident with both internal teams and external partners
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Comfortable with frequent travel and flexibility around founders' schedules, including occasional evenings or weekends
- Proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and doesn't wait to be told what to do
