About the role
FinQuery helps accounting and finance teams automate complex accounting work across leases, assets, and financial obligations . As we expand our platform and invest in AI, design plays a critical role in shaping how automated work is reviewed and integrated into daily operations . Reporting to the SVP of Product, the Director of Product Design will lead our design team and collaborate directly with Product, Engineering, and accounting experts .

- Experience in accounting, finance, compliance, or domain areas where accuracy and traceability matter
- Background bringing multiple products into a shared platform or modernizing established software
- Track record of building a design practice or establishing research and critique habits in small teams
- Familiarity with front-end development to support rapid interaction prototyping and engineering collaboration
