About the role
You are the prototype for the "1-person, $1 billion" operator. You will help define the high-level goals for the company (financial health, talent density, customer delight) and build and operate the systems that execute against them.

- High Agency: You don't wait for permission. You see a problem, whether it's a broken financial model or a slow hiring process, and you fix it
- First-Principles Thinker: You don't do things because "that's how they are done." You ask "what is the goal?" and "what do customers want?" and you figure out how to build the system to achieve it
- Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience in a high-performance environment
- Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to learn and build systems combining people, process, and software to accomplish a goal
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
