About the role
As Commercial Counsel, you'll be a foundational member of a growing legal team, serving as a trusted partner to our go-to-market organization as it scales rapidly. You'll own commercial contracting across the deal lifecycle — drafting, negotiating, and closing customer agreements — and show up confidently and credibly across the table with our customers and partners. What they're looking for
- 9+ years of relevant experience, with a mix of law firm and in-house ideal. Experience in hypergrowth environments preferred
- A JD and membership in at least one US state bar
- Strong command of commercial contracting, able to operate independently and show up confidently in negotiations
- Comfort supporting a fast-moving, rapidly maturing sales organization, and translating legal complexity into practical guidance
- Fastidious attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and energized by standing up process rather than inheriting it
- AI-forward, builder’s mindset, with a demonstrated ability to use AI tools to streamline daily workflows and accelerate efficiency
