About the role
Lead space planning and site strategy for new office openings, expansions, and consolidations, partnering with Finance, Legal, and executive leadership on lease negotiations, site selection, and capital planning. Manage and mentor a team of office managers across regions, setting standards, providing coaching, and ensuring consistent execution of workplace programs globally.
What they're looking for
- 5-8 years in facilities or workplace strategy, with proven experience managing multi-site office portfolio — not limited to a single-location operational role
- Demonstrated success building and scaling workplace strategy in step with business growth, ideally in a high-growth tech company
- Strong project management skills, with experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives (office buildouts, relocations, market entries) from planning through delivery
- Experience managing a team with coaching, developing, and setting direction for office managers or similar direct reports
- Experience negotiating leases, vendor contracts, and master service agreements at a portfolio level
- Experience with global or international office operations, including regional compliance, cultural, and logistical considerations
