About the role
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator who will take full ownership of our end-to-end interview coordination and play a critical role in keeping our recruiting engine running smoothly as we scale. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is exceptionally proactive in communication, and takes pride in delivering an outstanding candidate experience while ensuring operational excellence behind the scenes.
What they're looking for
- 2 years of experience with scheduling tools, calendar management, or ATS systems (Ashby preferred)
- Experience supporting technical recruiting processes and familiarity with common technical interview formats (coding exercises, take-home challenges, technical screens, and system design rounds)
