- Based in New York City, or willing to relocate
- 3+ years of experience leading creative teams at a product company or creative agency
- A proven track record of identifying, recruiting, and working with exceptional creative talent
- Strong project management skills — you keep plans clear, timelines on track, and everyone aligned
- Hands-on experience producing or contributing to high-quality video content, with examples to show
- A rare blend of creative instinct and analytical thinking — you believe the best creative work is born from discipline, perseverance, and a high sense of ownership
