- 12+ years of total technical work experience, including 4+ years directly managing teams of highly technical engineers
- Strong technical background with prior hands-on experience as a DevOps or Technical Lead
- Strong understanding of cloud-based platform services, Kubernetes (K8s), CloudSQL, and DevOps principles
- Knowledge and experience with distributed systems architecture, including microservices
- Demonstrated expertise in benchmark creation, performance measurement, and modeling system behavior under load
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate across distributed teams
