What they're looking for
- 8+ years of experience leading software development or IT teams
- 5+ years of hands-on mainframe technology experience in MVS, CICS, COBOL, JCL, MQ, etc
- 5+ years of experience in managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and critical delivery management
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience
- Experience within financial services, banking, or card processing environments
- Experience managing application support, technology delivery, or operational teams
