What they're looking for
- 6+ years of experience in software development, software engineering, or related technology disciplines
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Java, C#, C++, C, or similar object-oriented programming languages
- Hands-on experience with REST and event-driven integrations — RabbitMQ, webhooks — and retry/idempotency design patterns
- 2+ years of experience developing or supporting applications within AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments
- Experience working with APIs, microservices, and distributed application architectures
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, VPN connectivity, firewalls, load balancing, and SSL/TLS

Senior Software Engineer – Cloud & Network Integration
In this role, you will contribute to the development and support of the cloud-native Vision NEXT platform — Fiserv's next-generation, cloud-native card issuing and payment processing platform built on microservices, APIs, and event-driven architecture — leveraging APIs, event-driven architectures, AWS services, and real-time authorization capabilities. You will serve as a technical resource for application development, integration, troubleshooting, and client implementations while helping provide software solutions for our LATAM partners.
