What they're looking for
- 12+ years of experience in software development, solution delivery, software architecture, or related technology disciplines
- 7+ years of experience providing technical leadership, architecture guidance, or serving as a lead engineer on complex enterprise initiatives
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Java, C, C#, C++, or similar object-oriented programming languages
- Deep expertise in Java/Spring Boot, with the ability to set coding and architectural standards across teams
- 7+ years of experience working with SQL databases and data management solutions
- 3+ years of experience designing and implementing solutions utilizing AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
