As a member of the Lead Development Team you will be responsible for qualifying leads and generating pipeline for our Small/Mid-size and Enterprise Sales Teams. You will be the front line for presenting Five9 to prospects. Success in this role will lead to career opportunities in other areas of the sales organization and company. This position is located in San Ramon or San Francisco, and eligible for commission.
- Provide the best possible customer experience to all inbound leads expressing interest in Five9 via multiple channels including phone, email and live chat
