What they're looking for
- Define the long-term web growth strategy across Fivetran.com, getdbt.com, and other high-impact web experiences. Align initiatives with company objectives, user needs, and measurable business outcomes
- Drive alignment across complex and ambiguous initiatives by balancing business impact, user experience, technical feasibility, and organizational priorities to make informed decisions and move work forward
- Write comprehensive business requirements documents (BRDs) to translate vision into strategic implementation plans that align cross-functional teams and accelerate execution
- Leverage behavioral analytics, user research, and market trends to identify opportunities, optimize user journeys, and inform strategic decisions
- Develop and execute experimentation roadmaps across critical user journeys, including the Homepage, Navigation, Pricing, Signup, and other high-impact experiences to improve acquisition, conversion, and pipeline
- Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Brand, Product, Analytics, and executive stakeholders to influence priorities and deliver cohesive web experiences
