About the role
We are seeking an Executive Search Operations Analyst to join Flagship Pioneering’s Talent Acquisition team. In this hands-on role, you will support executive search execution across Flagship and its portfolio companies, with a strong focus on back-end AI-focused operations, such as template creation for reporting and content support. What they're looking for
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, executive search support, talent operations, or a related administrative role
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Comfortable using AI-enabled tools to update trackers, maintain documentation, and support operational workflows
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Greenhouse or a similar applicant tracking system
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
