What they're looking for
- 1-3 years of relevant experience working in product design, as UX designer for web or mobile applications
- Experience and skills in visual design, UX design, research, micro-interactions
- Experience in designing mobile application interfaces
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management
- Experience in a start-up and real estate is preferred, along with a passion for and appreciation of high-end, apply-style designs
- Experience leading a project or a vertical - including with graphic designers and video editors

As the first individual contributing Product Designer to join Flair’s ever growing and mission-driven team, you will design interfaces that reimagine how modern real estate teams can adopt AI and supercharge their work. You will focus on seamless user experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant. You will translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and assets, and build interfaces that deliver hassle-free digital concierge to thousands of real estate teams from a first-of-its-kind agent platform for real estate.
The Design team works closely with the leadership team, business, product, growth, and cataloguing teams to drive the best user experience. The team works on special projects and innovations that aim to deliver high impact interfaces and experiences. You will join as the key UI/UX designer driving platform experience with support from the team's graphic designers and video editors.
