About the role
In this role, you will execute payroll operations and play a key part in ensuring accurate and compliant processing of equity compensation across the company. You’ll partner closely with the Compensation, Accounting, HR Operations, and Global Mobility teams to manage the intersection of equity and payroll, while also supporting broader Payroll and Financial Benefits functions. What they're looking for
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Payroll
- Hands-on experience processing payroll in an HRIS system (preferrably Workday)
- Experience with equity administration and taxation
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (i.e. VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and familiarity with Google Suite
- Proven ability to handle high-volume data accurately and efficiently
- Effective communication skill and experience communicating with a diverse employee base
